Freezer Rolls - amazing!!

Freezer Rolls
INGREDIENTS
3 tablespoons yeast
¾ cup warm water
2 ¼ cups milk, scalded
3 cubes butter melted in scalded milk
1 ½ cups sugar
9 eggs
2 ¼ teaspoons salt
12 or more cups flour

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Scald milk in microwave for 4 minutes. Add margarine or butter. Let stand until lukewarm. Dissolve yeast in warm water. Add sugar, eggs, and salt. Mix together in heavy mixer and add milk, butter mixture. Add three cups flour – mix and continue adding flour while mixing until it begins to pull away from sides of mixing bowl. Knead 12 minutes. Let rise until double.
2. Take 1/4 of dough and roll into a round circle. Spread with butter. Cut into pie shaped wedges (about 12) and roll from the large side of triangle to the small side. Place on baking sheet. Freeze. Put into plastic freezer bags.

3. When ready to use, place frozen rolls on baking sheet, let thaw and rise 5 hours. Brush with egg. Bake at 350°F for about 12 minutes.
